Welcome to the Longton Grove Surgery Website

 

We are now located at 168 Locking Road, BS23 3HQ

We are a friendly patient-centred NHS GP practice providing a caring and professional service. We are proud of our good reputation for providing excellent access to services with a strong commitment to continuity of care.

We offer a range of clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes as well as other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person checks.

 

Flu Vaccinations 2014
 

Flu vaccinations are now available to patients who are over 65 or those any age with a long term condition. Contact Reception to book your appointment.

 

Appointments for flu vaccinations will be available to book at the surgery from mid September.

 

 

 

How information about you helps us provide better care

The practice is obliged to inform its patients that information from your medical records may be used by the NHS to improve services. This means that the NHS will provide details such as your NHS number and post code to be used by researchers to review and improve services for patients.
